Where can I purchase a U. S. Navy Mine Craft Insignia?
My Father served during WW2, He passed away 2/2/1969.
I have been able to replace all of his service awards except this one.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You
Greetings Robert!
First, thank you for visiting. I am thankful to men such as your father who answered the call and served, especially those who served during WWII. In terms of locating a replacement Mine Craft Personnel shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI) such as the one your father wore on his uniform, the best resource that I have seen is eBay. Currently, there are five listings for the patch you seek (see them here). If you want an authentic, WWII original, steer clear of the patch that is listed for $9.95 as it looks like a modern reproduction. If you don’t mind that, you are coming away with an inexpensive representation.
Have a great day and good luck getting everything put together to honor your father!
Looking for a replacement Mine Craft Insignia.

(This is the same reply as I made to your other comment regarding the patch.)
